Mrs. Betty Lois Locklear “Mussie” of 158 Rosa Dr. Rowland, NC passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Southeastern Hospice House.
Mrs. Betty was born on July 1, 1939 in Robeson County to her parents, Pink and Hattie Mae Jacobs.
She is preceded in death by her divorced husband, Earl Locklear; one infant, baby Jacobs; grandparents, Addie and Farrel Jacobs; one brother, Martin Jacobs “Pet”; one sister, Mable Jones; two sons, Michael Locklear and David Earl Locklear; two granddaughters, Pamela Rose Jacobs and Fran Sierra Jacobs; one great-grandson, David Michael Hunt; two nieces, Deanna Hunt and Angelina Huggins; uncles, Dock Jacobs and Reese Jacobs; aunts, Rosie Locklear, Fannie Jacobs and Wilma Jacobs; and Ticks Oxendine.
She is survived by one daughter, Hattie Mae Jacobs Garcia and husband Alfonso Garcia; one granddaughter, Toinette Melissa Jacobs Hunt and her husband Samuel Hunt; two great grandchildren, Samuel Hunt and his family, Jessica Chavis, Zaynen Hunt and Zackery Hunt; and a host of relatives and friends.
