Willoughby "Bill" McNeill

- Willoughby “Bill” McNeill 71, of 4386 NC HWY 211 East departed this life on August 1, 2017 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Coether Ivey McNeill; two brothers, Gaines McNeill and Lexter McNeill; one sister, Helen M. Deal.

Mr. McNeill is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Carolyn McNeill of the home; one son, Gregory McNeill wife April of Lumberton, NC; two daughters, Teresa McNeill husband Jerry of Lumberton, NC and Chastity McNeill fiancé Lloyd Brown of the home; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Bobby McNeill (Blanchie) and Dexter McNeill all of Lumberton, NC and Sherman McNeill of St. Pauls, NC; five sisters, Shirley M. Kerns (Rev. Chalmers), Ruth M. Stewart, Lerone M. Carter, Rebecca Maynor (Jimmy) and Cloanne M. Stickland (Danny) all of Lumberton, NC; and a host of relatives and friends.
