Terry Jacobs

Mr. Terry Jacobs age 59 of Rowland, NC was born on December 8, 1957. He went to his eternal home on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Southeastern Health in Lumberton, NC.

   Terry was an outgoing person, who loved people. He was well known for his jokes, amazing personality, and quirky laugh. He never met any strangers and all that came in contact with him, loved him. “The King” will be missed by all the lives he has touched.

   He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Jacobs and Leanna Jacobs, a sister, Lizanna Lovette, Four brothers, Horace Oxendine, Larry Jacobs, Robert Jacobs and Stacey Oxendine.

   He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his wife, Lisa Jacobs of the home; two sons, Ethan Jacobs and Brandon Jacobs of the home; one daughter, Tawanda Lucero (Vincent) of Lumberton, NC; three grandchildren, Fanasy Samiana, Harley Huggins and Cameron Huggins all of Lumberton, NC; his step-mother, Dianna Jacobs; four sisters, Ruthie Jane Campbell (Sam) of Charlotte, NC, Brittany Bartley of Lumberton, NC, Crystal Jones (Mike) of Burlington, NC and Salena Worley (Ricky) of Maxton, NC; three brothers, Eddie Jacobs, Jr., Brisco Bartley and Marvin Oxendine all of Pembroke, NC; adopted sisters, Teresa Tyler, Vickey Locklear (Redell) of Maxton, NC and Joan Dial of Rowland, NC; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Helen Brayboy of Rowland, NC; his sister-in-law, Tronda Sturdivant (James) of Rowland, NC; two brother-in-law’s, Anthony Brayboy and Melton Brayboy of Rowland and a numerous amount of family and friends, two special friends, Chris “Kringle” Locklear and Darwin “Oode” Oxendine.
