Quincy (Man) Locklear

Quincy (Man) Locklear, 82, of 980 Piney Grove Road, celebrated his going home as he was welcomed into the arms of Jesus from the comfort of his home surrounded by family on Saturday, October 28, 2017. Quincy left this world to begin a new life with a healed body and mind.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tecumpsey and Corkey Daley Locklear; a brother, Rudolph Locklear.

Quincy leaves behind to meet him in heaven, his wife of sixteen years, Tye Locklear of the home; one stepson, James P. Williams and a stepdaughter, Suzanne Williams both of Denver CO; a foster son, Daniel Villanuera and wife Kaye of Lumberton, NC; four sisters, Jeanette Hammonds of Cheaspeake, VA, Bonnie Bell of Cheaspeake, Va,  Geneva Simmons of Claredon, NC and Eva Allen of  Lumberton, NC; two brothers, J.C. Locklear and Billy Jo Locklear both of Lumberton; a special aunt, Nora Bell Graham and a host of relatives and friends.
