Phyllis Chavis Obituary
Mrs. Phyllis Chavis of Pembroke, NC was born May 2, 1944. Phyllis went home to be with the Lord on February 17, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Chavis; one son, Rodney Wood; two sisters, Pat Hughes and Jean Weber; one brother, Raymond Rutherford.
Phyllis leaves to cherish her memories to three daughters, Pam Grammer (Quin), Socoria Dial (Bruce) and Dawn Davis (Ralph); one son, Wyatt Wood; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Norma Hawkins and Carol Proffitt; a special niece, Teresa Reynolds; and a host of relaitves and friends.
