Even though this is a belated condolence, I hope you will accept it. The death of a parent can be overwhelming because they are always there for us. I know that she will be missed. As I looked at her picture, I saw a very kind and loving face which are qualities that endears one to others. Those are also qualities that the Creator look for in others. Knowing about the resurrection hope held out for our dear loved ones promised in the Bible can help the family in dealing with this loss. Read of that hope as mentioned at Isaiah 26:19 and John 11:25, 28. These are just a few of the scriptures that reveals the sure hope that those asleep in the grave that are in God's memory will be awaken upon hearing Jesus' voice. Over the years that has brought me comfort and I hope it will do the same for your family.

Hello Locklear Family, I'm a neighbor living in the area.
Having heard of your most recent loss, I want to leave you a brief post. I too well know the grief of losing love ones, and that at times like these, it is encouraging just to know that others are thinking about us. Something that has really helped me to cope with such losses, is the wonderful promise of Christ Jesus, recorded for our comfort at John 5 : 28,29. I hope, that when you are feeling up to it, that you are going to look up these powerful Scriptures, in your copy of The Bible. Also, I hope that this brief note, finds The Family feeling as good as can be expected Today.
With Greatest Sympathy, Your Neighbor : P.D.Walker.

Dear Family, you all are in our prayers and Ms. Pat will be missed dearly. She was a beautiful lady that loved Jesus and her family so much. She always asked prayer for her family. I'll always see her sitting at the piano in church playing so beautiful as she always did. Praying that Jesus will comfort you all and bring you healing in the journey ahead.
