Jerry Jacobs

Mr. Jerry Jacobs, Jr. 72, of Fairmont was born September 2, 1945 and departed this life for his Heavenly home on Tuesday February 6, 2018 at Southeastern Hospice House.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Jerry Jacobs, Sr. and Mrs. Nancy Jane Jacobs and his father-in-law Mr. Hal Oxendine.

   Mr. Jacobs is survived by his wife, Nancy Oxendine Jacobs of the home; one daughter Stephanie Locklear and son-in-law, Rev. Roy Locklear, Jr. of Pembroke, NC; two grandsons, Roy W. Locklear, III (Courtney), Jacob S. Locklear (Taylor Cooper) and one great granddaughter, Adalyn Faith Locklear all of Pembroke, NC.  He is also survived by his sisters of Lumberton, NC, Carolyn Griffin, Barbra (Bill) Hammonds, Kathy Fields and Joan (Blane) Hunt and Eva H. (Michael) Bilderback of Georgia, Diane Fay Hall of Wilmington, NC, Shirley Crank (Jonathan) of Outer Banks, NC and Helen H. Duck of Outer Banks, his brothers, Larry Lowery (Arlene) of Lumberton, NC, Bobby Lowery (Barbara) of Hope Mills, NC, Anthony Lowery of Virginia, Jimmy Lowery of St. Pauls, NC, Floyd James Hassell of Outer Banks; a God daughter, Paiten Jones of Charleston, SC a God son, Chris Luzt and his mother-in-law, Mary Elizabeth Oxendine of Fairmont, a host of church family, relatives, fishing buddies, Evan Davenport and friends. Officiating Service: Rev. Ricky Burnett, Rev. Charles Cummings, Rev. Ronald Locklear.
