Mr. James Hartman “Horace” Locklear 66, of 159 Barbershop Rd. was born March 14, 1951 to the late James E. and Louise Locklear in Robeson County, NC.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James E. & Louise Locklear; one brother, Roosevelt Locklear; two sisters, Mary Lou Jones and Judy Locklear.
James “Horace” is survived by five sisters, Shirley Locklear, Dora F. Harrigan, Lucy Locklear, Geraldine Oxendine and Paulette Locklear; one brother, Beuford Locklear; and a host of relatives and friends.
