James Wade Britt

James Wade Britt, 73, of Lumberton, went to his heavenly home at 2:30 am, Tuesday, November 14, 2017 surrounded by loved ones.

He is survived by a son, Charles Britt (Sherry) of Lumberton, six sisters, Connie Pittman and Betty Rogers of Orrum, Sylvia Prevatte and Rita Cox of Lumberton, Lib Hardin of Fairmont and Brenda Prevatte of Columbia, SC; a brother, Richard Britt of Orrum; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews and a very special woman in his life, Judy Wilcox.
