Mr. Locklear was born August 30, 1980 to Peggy and Earl Locklear. Davis had a passion in life for hunting and fishing.
David leaves to cherish his very fond memories, his son, Jasper Locklear, two brothers: Spencer Locklear, and Jimmy Patrick Locklear, and a host of relatives and friends
