Billy Locklear

Mr. Billy Locklear, age 75 of 6142 N. Chicken Rd. Lumberton, NC was born February 27, 1942 and departed this life December 20, 2017.

   He was the son of the late Lonnie and Thelma Locklear.

   He is preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Locklear; his mother, Thelma Locklear; three brothers, Alton Locklear, Jimmy Locklear and Johnny Locklear; two sisters, Marnice Hunt and Vivian Oxendine.

   He is survived by one brother, Bobby Locklear; two sisters, Louise Maynor and Carlane Locklear.

   He was loved and cherished by his wife, Lena Locklear of the home; three children, Angelia Dial, Timothy Locklear and Christopher Locklear; six grandchildren, Faron Strickland, Ashley Clark, Kirstie Dial, Lauren Dial, Collin Locklear and Bailey Locklear; and a multitude of family and friends.
