Annie Bell (Beltch) Locklear

   Mrs. Annie Bell Beltch Locklear, age 73 of 337 Dialock Rd. Maxton, NC was born April 11, 1944 and departed this life August 26, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Lee Anna Lowry Beltch and Marcus Woodrow Beltch.

   She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Woody Locklear, Sr.; her mother, Lee Anna Lowery Beltch; her father, Marcus Woodrow Beltch; two grandsons, Willie Ray Locklear and Demarcus Locklear; a daughter-in-law, Natasha Locklear.

   She is survived by, Teresa Locklear, Savannah Brayboy (Ricky), and Aggie Nora Locklear all of Pembroke, NC; four sons, Marcus Ray Locklear (Elois), Roy W. Locklear, Jr. (Stephanie), Jimmy Dean Locklear and Nathaniel Woody Locklear; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; three special cousins, Dorothy Barton, Jenny Jones and Judy Locklear; special sister and brother-in-law, Connie Sue and Marshall Locklear; a special friend, Angel Chavis Adkins of Community Home Care and Hospice of Lumberton, NC;
